Watching Internet TV and Netflix in Windows Media Center on a public 802.11g WiFi network

@ryanmc353 1) Are you on Windows 7 Home Premium or Ultimate? 2) Are you in the US? What tiles do you see in the TV strip in WMC?

i thought you needed one of them adapters to pick up a signal ? is it free with netfix ?

No, you don't need a tuner - that's what great about the technology - allof the content is delivered over the Internet. As long as you have an internet conenction, you can get this content. You need a tuner when you want to bring your broadcast TV signals into WMC.

For Netflix, you have to be a Netflix subscriber. The Internet TV content is free, however, but is only available in the US.
