I think the application is great for certain scenarios. For a commuter bike that never sees real "race" speeds (for the idiots who think the highway's a track) it's a great thing. The structural integrity of the tire is impacted by a nail, and definitely by a screw, so I wouldn't be one to test at any more than 100mph, but it will save your rear, and get you home safely from work.
tire manufacturers don't offer this because EVERYTHING you buy is based on planned obsolescence. It's always up to the aftermarket to make shite work the way it should in a perfect world.
It begs the question why tyre manufacturers are not offering this as an option with their tyres? I mean it would make it cheaper per tyre to complete this process during the manufacturer of the tyre on a larger scale than doing it in a shop type set-up. Really great idea though, hope you make some money selling the idea. I would consider paying a little extra for this feature on new tyres...
Absolutely stupid, Motorcycle tires won't perform with that kind of unbalance that Bullshit would create. But these guys probably have big fat chicken strips to go with their Stupid idea. Can I get a Soda with this fucking shitty meal?
This is some amazing shit dude!! I hope to see this as a standard on all tires! hahha and i love how no one read the description! the top comments are fucking retarded.
@monstermiataman isnt 120mph on public roads illegal? Thesde tires seemed to be designed for regular speeds not for faggots who think public roads are a race track.
ok lol but I have never had or met anyone who's had a punctured tire...We all know mostly the nail gets stuck in there. So how does this work then? And also...I don't get the point of this. Why not just plug and patch a tire that's been punctured lol. This crap doesn't even make sense. I hope it's a joke.
@ismand5 Oh, so you're the one who calls on those late night infomercials gimmicks that we all wonder how anyone could ever fall for lol. loser. How does it feel to be the reason why people don't like democracies. Your too dumb to even know what I'm talking about. At least you keep the economy going. I hope you buy this and crash.
@Drake14161337 Uhh,...or just leave the nail in until you get it fixed lol. Do you even ride? You know how hard it is to pull a nail out of a tire? Hope you always have your tool kit on you...with pliers. And good luck with those tiny nails that get so deep that their below the rubber surface lol. Sounds like you comment on stuff w/out even thinking. Pulling the nail out to let some gel fill in, to do the same task the nail would have done, sounds like a whole lot of work for nothing.
once you puncture a tire you ruin the structural integrity of the belt in the tire so the tire is ruined ANYWAY... not a good idea especially on motorcycles cause the tires arent steel belted to begin with.
how much weight is added to the dumb ass gel shit in the tire, and it will make your tire not balance properly. POOR DESIGN IT WILL NEVER BE PATENED. I TURNED THIS VIDEO IN STOP ALL THAT YOUR DOING YOU GUYS ARE GOING TO KILL SOMEONE.
@JohanS94 Wrong...Spike strips are hollow cone-like tubes, if the tire gets pierced by one of those spikes, the air will just come out through the hole on the spike as if it was a straw.
if only more people tested out the products...i dont think there was any other test i ask for. other then a 60-70mph test. but i could see that being dangerous. am going to get my next tires sent to you all for this treatment.
