Go to Steam, and search for the Company of Heroes Complete Pack. At the bottom, they have both official soundtracks, for free. I just found this song in there, and its real title is "King and Country"

Correct; it is only there (In Opposing Fronts) and loops for most of that level.

@Hiigaranwarrior159 I managed to find the soundtrack as it was uploaded to a forum. seeing as how Ive had the songs for about 2 years now, I don't know exactly what forum it was from. I'm sure who ever originally had them, ripped them himself.
