but yes i agree with Haboushy1986 its a result of Economic Crisis, just to keep it going and when crisis ended then they start with luxury construction! So Brent watch out!!!

Had the "pleasure" of spending about a week Dubai (Yes, this San Fran freak was bored off his head, oops, I let me get back to the issue at hand...LOL) Your comments & video sum up my Dubai experiance, a place of conrtradictions and paradoxes.
