what happened was Julian thought he was smoking too much so he quit and then nikolai helped julian by stopping too. Then, one of Nick's relatives had a heart attack from smoking and they died, so Nick stopped. Albert and Fabrizio stopped shortly after hearing what happened Nick's relative
