An example can be about the element Iron. The Quran poetically claims that Iron was "sent down" from the stars. Which was thought to have a metaphorical meaning at the time. Today however, we know that it infact DID come from star supernovas... scientific tangible evidence my friend, that was given 1400 years ago..

Although i agree with most of you arguments, I believe that the problem with many atheists is that they lump all religions together as Christianity or take a glance at other religions without really looking into them. The Qur'an described in detail how a fetus is formed within a woman's body, (ancient Arabia at the time was not civilized and nearby countries that did trade had only just discovered C-section), and describes orbit and spherical planets, and that's not even all the proof i have.

None. I don't accept the traditional translations of Gehenna, sheol and Hades as 'hell'. In that sense, I'm out of lockstep with tons of fundamentalists by being MORE fundamental, and actually dissecting scripture for etymology.
The Bible lists only one unforgivable sin. It's probably not what most think.

Atheists and Christians have more in common than they think..
1. Faith (atheists have faith in science/fallible man. Christians and other religions have faith in a universal creative source)
2. belief in a common ancestor (atheists a primate,christians/jews Abraham or Adam/Eve which I may add not all christians buy into).
To add, atheists would make the world worse because of a lack of moral code, atheists would eventually need to enact laws-just as christians do!
