  • Oh hey! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (just google it)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my cousin got great Six pack abs and lost lots of belly fat with it.

  • So much nicer than watching a video with Freelee or Durian rider. Thanks for the video!

  • dude, im a bodybuilder but am very curious about this diet.

my question, do you eats proper fats (from seeds etc) and protein?

    i need 250g of protein a day.

can i get that on this diet?

  • THANK YOU! for your simplicity...just ordered the book and will be reading probably tonight. my question is do you know of any places online that I could order a case of fruit or do you think Im better off trying to find a wholesaler in my area?

  • @matt are you 100% raw & mono?

  • those bananas are unripe

  • super hot, gaaad

  • Honey, I can't tolerate bananas! I get horrible stomach cramps, just terrible! I have used Mangoes in my smoothies. If I freeze the banana will this help? I kknow it is the Enzymes, I can eat banana bread/ pudding with no trouble.. ( You are Great looking)!!

  • @savgal1211 try to eat them ripe - with brown spots on them

  • @milosstepita1 Thank you so much! I will today.. Peace : )

  • How much weed do you smoke?

  • He needs to talk louder. I can't hear a word he is saying.

  • @saltandpepper75 TURN IT UP!!!

  • What is your opinion on banana and spinach smoothies? Is this ok to do, even though it is techically not a mono-meal?

  • @XedgeXgirlX have fruit on its own. dont crush it to make smoothie. eat as nature intended.

  • So, is it bad to combine fruit and greens together; like in a smoothie?

  • lol and to think I always peeled oranges like a tard

  • inspiring, good on u. i got candeeda, will it be a problem going on this lifestyle ?

  • He looks very healthy, so he must be doing something right...Who wouldn't want to have a fruit based diet instead of a meat based diet?...It takes so much freezing and cooling to ensure that meat remains fresh...That's a lot of unnecessary time and trouble to go through to satisfy one's appetite...One has to be so careful when preparing chicken...Seems to me that fruit is the way to go, because all fruits are ready to eat, no seasoning and/or cooking required, plus most fruits taste great.

  • @pagalley1 hi pagalley i save over 1.5 hrs per day not having to cook and prepare and wash up 3 meals per day

  • @lovehopefaith1000 How do you deal with food cravings, especially cravings?...I know there are healthy sweets and treats, but do you ever fall off the fruitarian wagon?...I mean sometimes, even the pickiest eaters, including myself, have a craving for a bacon cheeseburger or a pizza or fried chicken sometimes.

  • @pagalley1 hi there shouldnt be any food cravings if you are adhering to it properly. if you eat proper amounts of fruit, you will start naturally craving fruit only. fruit is sweet and very tasty. i dont eat meat/dairy and stopped for 6-7 years for health reasons.

  • Why is it that so called fruitatarians never address blood glucose levels, insulin response, insulin resistance, or diabetes. I guess since fruit is organic and natural we don't need to worry about the difference fructose, glucose, and sucrose.

  • @shadygrov

Because sugar doesn't cause diabetes, fat does. Fat gets stuck on blood vessel walls and sugar can't pass efficiently through it to cells. That's diabetes type 2.

Type 1 is not that different, just don't eat fats and bad food. Fruits and vegetables and you are set.

Also, fruits have a lot of fiber, which slows down the absorption of sugar to blood, unlike in processed foods.

If you have a diabetes and you go 100% on fruit, diabetes should disappear in matter of days. I've seen it

  • @shadygrov after my first week of fruitarian, my diabetes was gone

  • @shadygrov Actually, I've seen many of them address it on YouTube. Not sure what your issue is with those of us who choose this lifestyle but it obviously bothers you. It's fruit, dude....not heroin.

  • Does eating too many fruits/vegetables ever give you canker sores or swelled up taste buds?

  • I could watch you eat fruit ALL day, lol!!

  • damn man how much do you spend a day on food?

  • I live in Japan and part of my job is to go to luncheons with my boss and students. But i am wondering if i follow a fruitarian way of eating 5 days out of the week along with jogging twice a week if i would see some sort of benefits? thanks

  • sexy

  • If I went on mostly fruits throughout the day, but had 1 slice of meat a day, and a pound of vegetables, would that work better than eating 3 slices of meat per day?

What if I took off the meat, but added spelt bread, wheat, barley?

Right now, I eat 3 or 4 slices of meat per day and a few fruits and vegetables and nuts.

  • thanks for teaching graham how to eat bananas!

  • grape tomatoes + grapes = heaven

  • Niceness !!!

  • do you snack in between meals? you mentioned that everything you showed is for the 3 meals, but even as a fruitarian i like to snack throughout the day. thanks!

  • I could never eat all those bananas and oranges. Maybe 1 banana and two oranges.

  • i really wana go fruitarian i just need 2 get the diet plan right so i dont get deficiant

i would like 2 eat all the different types of fruit 1 thing thou about eating citrus fruit and acidy fruit so you dont get a sore stomach how much would you eat a day and would u balance with basic fruit or dilute with water

  • @ Rockcity - just look at western populations right now, are we seeing diabetes and obesity skyrocketing? Now think about it, do you really think it's the fruit??

  • @ Rockcity - what's so modern about tropical climate? Do you see populations thriving/ expanding in the most extremes of climates? If you were dropped into a jungle, would it make more sense to pick fruit or try to kill/ eat animals?

  • This guy is so focused on how "good" he looks(touches his hair a lot) you can barely see the food. Focus on the food, dude!

  • @smallbuttfirm My thoughts too...I wish he would show us the food!

  • @TheMidnightRooster.

Ok so I live in the UK,its a cold climate naturally.now all us Scottish, welsh and Irish lot,the natives of the UK how would we eat just fruit man naturally?.come on seriously man.we would eat meat(if we could get it!)or fish!but fruit,no way...this diet is false because only through access to modern supermarkets or tropical climate can it be sustained.if you look around the world at very cold or hot climates they all eat meat.(when available)your buying from supermarkets!Lol

  • Where is your shirt?

  • Hello, does all that sugar in that huge amount of fruit make you fat or diabetic in the long run?also do you know where does your protein come from?

  • @rockcityaudio

Fruit & Vegetables contain protein. Plenty enough to meet the bodies needs. We have been so brainwashed in this country to believe that meat is the only source of protein.

  • What does it mean if you eat a lot of calories but don't feel satiated? I'm a girl and when I am eating 100% raw I feel like I eat like a man because of how much fruit I consume to feel satiated.

  • Thank you for this video. I have been struggling to eat better and it reminded me how much I love fruit - a good place to start yet again. Ps you are so handsome and sweet - I mean that respectfully. I hope you really are as kind as u appear.

  • forget snickers bar..... eat grapes... and it cures or relieves my headache. thx Bob

  • Just curious how fruitarians avoid cavities (even if brushing frequently)?

  • @IamDemetri00 cavities are caused by bacteria that eats away the enamel. Bacteria is attracted to food that sticks to our teeth and decompose. By eating sweet juicy fruits that are fresh and not dried out we avoid the stickiness of food that is so common in a cooked diet where everything is dried out. A fresh juicy fruitarian diet along with gentle brushing regularly is the best for your teeth. Avoid fruits that are unnaturally dried. Dates and raisins dry in nature on the trees and vines.

  • I use to be a fruitarian and felt it was natural too and I still do,but I've been influenced by Daniel Vitalis' testimony that when he was a fruitarian, he had tons of problem with his teeth.. is it because he wasn't including greens at the time and probably eating lots of dried fruits? Also, Daniel Vitalis talks about how food bacteria is actually essential for our immune system so I don't quite understand how something that is good for us would cause us to have cavities thereby being harmful

  • @IamDemetri00 to clarify what I meant by 'essential', he speaks about our body being made of bacteria (twice as many bacteria as cells) and that sterile environments are not good for the body, etc.

  • @IamDemetri00 yes however bacteria is a very diverse classification of organisms. There are bacterias that create nutrients for us and there are bacterias that harm us. However even the bacteria that is detrimental is there for a reason. The bacteria breaks food down. If we eat improperly our own faculties fail to break down food so without the bacteria we would be in trouble. At th same time the byproducts of the bacteria breaking down the food create toxic gases and chemicals.

  • @TheLiveFoodist Thanks for the clarification, and I am impressed that you take the time to answer questions here. Much appreciated!

  • @TheLiveFoodist I agree...I also look at a person's face and body to determine whether they appear to be healthy. Daniel actually looked healthier in past videos than he does now, IMO. Doesn't he seem a little bloated now?.......just an impartial observation, because I don't pretend to know what is good for him or how he felt then vs now. Also, the way we "feel" is not always an accurate gauge of what is going on in our arteries, right?

  • @IamDemetri00 Daniel Vitalis has some very conflicting stories and his accounts of his diet are a bit convoluted. He says he was doing one thing but then other stories include some foods that have no place in what he was describing. And now that he advocates meat and cholesterol as health foods I have a hard time believing that he is well informed about nutrition. Therefore I cannot bgin to guess about his teeth trouble but Mine are fine and so are the conscious raw vegan fruitarians I know.

  • @TheLiveFoodist

i would like to pay you for a consultation on your advice to me to Help heal a structural issue i have 2 bulging discs in my back causing Pain in my legs since 1996 ! I heard you broke your back when you were young and you are now healed.

i need advice on how to Correct Structural Abnormalities within the Body

  • @IamDemetri00

the videos on DURIAN RIDERS channel directly challenge Vitalis and take him on, and harley on there totally proves Vitalis is a Fraud , Just like David Wolfe, daniel is only in this Lifestyle for the Money .

  • @LegPains

durian riders was proved not to be very healthy. 30 bananas a day is wrong for humans, and when his blood was tested, he was proved to have horrible health.

You can eat 6 oranges, 10 bananas, 5 apples, and a salad a day. But you cannot eat 30 bananas a day and remain healthy.

  • @CBasie2856 His blood test was fine, it's on YouTube.

  • @CBasie2856 "He proved to have horrible health" Actually, the opposite is true.

  • @TheLiveFoodist

How many Greens do you eat on the avg day ?

  • @IamDemetri00

you have to use great Oral Hygiene and use Essential Oils to kill all the bacteria in the mouth along with flossing, brushing and using a dental irrigator

    check out ORA MD

  • how many calories should i eat?

  • @draesma depends greatly on your activity level. I would say eat no less than 2200 and up to 3000 as long as you are adhering to a mostly fruitarian diet. The best rule is to set your target within the aforementioned range and listen very closely to your body. Eat when you are hungry and do not stop until you are fully satisfied.

  • @TheLiveFoodist

Just curious whatss your height and weight ?

  • @TheLiveFoodist I lost 40LB, I have no more allergies or mucus! Raw foods man! Gluten Dairy and sugar is poison! The government and Doctors want to keep a sick for money pharmaceutical positions! You cant patent plants! Great page! Peace!!

  • @TheLiveFoodist this is honestly mind blowing to me i cant imagine eating 13 bananas in a meal. And what about protein? i dont understand how this is healthy.

  • @cardmastad That's how I felt too when I first caught wind of the idea of a raw vegan diet. So I watched a few credible documentaries, and it's clear to me now. If you have a Netflix account, I would definitely recommend Forks Over Knives, Food Matters, or The Gerson Miracle (If you don't, I know they're floating around online somewhere for free). I hope maybe they can answer any questions you may have. The key I've found is an open mind. When I first about about this I thought it was insane.

  • @draesma Aim on around 3000 atleast.

  • Really everyone should be getting in 3000 calories regardless sex/age/weight. Eat more fruit to thrive in life!

  • Matt, can you make the audio louder on the videos, thanks!

  • If bananas contained every single nutrient for life I would only eat bananas. I love them!

Just putting it out there, but your eyes are amazing!

  • @RawBohemian bannanas dont contain every nutrient and you need to eat like 30 to get a fraction of the minerals. Fruit shoud be eaten for sugars/energy.

  • @treverbettis true, however bananas contain a very wide spectrum of nutrients and if bananas were the only fruit eaten, along with a sufficient amount of leafy greens and non-sweet fruiits, you would still thrive.

  • @TheLiveFoodist i tink we can all agree fruit is better than grains, meat, pasturised dairy, cereals.

  • @TheLiveFoodist : Matt, Everyone is always touting bananas without any consideration as to the blood type of the individual. According to Dr.D'Adamo, author of ' Eat Right 4 Your Type' the banana interferes with digestion in blood type A people. In addition, oranges, another highly touted fruit, are a stomach irritant for blood type A and interfere with absorption of important minerals. He further states that type A folks don't do well on tropical fruits with the exception of pineapple.

  • @treverbettis I know S: That's why I said 'IF' It was a hypothetical fantasy, not something I'd actually do. I eat a balanced raw diet but I've just always loved bananas... :'D

  • Thank you for sharing your lifestyle with us, this is all very inspiring. Is there any way you can make a video about living as a fruitatarian on a budget? I am currently attending college and only make about $300 every two weeks. I have just enough to pay my bills and buy food (something like $30 a week for food). I was raw foodist up until I started college and now my diet consists of whole oats ($2/week) and the cheapest veggies/fruits I can find. There have to be better options. . . =]

  • @agirladrift try asking you local fruit shop for their "over ripe" bananas they usually throw out i got a tray for free last weekend :)

  • @agirladrift Try looking for marked down produce at any store that sells produce.....even ask produce manager if they can sell you the stuff at a discount which they might discard.....or even better, they might start giving it to you! I did this in Queens, New York at a spanish grocery store. They practically gave me the whole lot of overripe avocados every week and over half were perfect! Also make deals to buy in bulk the things that won't spoil quickly.
