  • You are doing a great thing. God bless you.

  • Rhonda, when I was saved by our Lord Jesus Christ, I was deep into the eastern religons. (Taoism, Buddhism and Hinduism) after I became a born-again believer, I was terrified of the thought of meditation because of the false religons attactched to it. but God the Holy Spirit has helped me come to accept that WE CAN meditate as christians. and it's ok. in fact there are many scriptures that back it up. thank you for sharing this. ** word of warning*** be careful! make sure it's Christ-centered

  • @Proverbs31intraining You are wiser then most people out there. Religion is man made. If you actually study all the religions, you see that all religions are pretty much the same. But then when you read up on our history, and go back to the Ancient Sumerians, were christianity didn't even exist, you see parallels of stories in Sumerian mythology and stories in the bible (as well as the Quran). Kind of strange...but it gives us a better perspective on where all these ideas came from.

  • Psalm 1 and 150 sum it up perfectly... Meditate day and night, and praise the lord. The book of Psalms is the lesson book of the bible for christians truly seeking god.

  • you made my day, thank you

    GOD bless you

  • Hello Everybody !

I need this Christian Mediation on a dailey basis & the word of Jesus Christ . Satan is on me on a daily basis, he wont leave me alone. I don't want to go to Hell . I want to go to Heaven to see my son - Adam that passed away in 2009 . I can tell you this, Satan is on his war path to kill, steal and destroy us every way he can. I know I can be strong threw Jesus Christ, that I know . Can Ya'll pray for me, I need prayer in a big way. Thank you for reading my message. :)

  • @lilsweettart4you

Don't forget the only thing you have to do in order to go to Heaven is Beleive In Jesus, you do not need to strive for perfection in order to go to Heaven as no man can reach that.

  • @KaeruthePaladin So not true, this is the biggest argument, just faith, or faith and works. The real answer is if you do not do works, there is no real faith so you are damned anyway. Its not enough to just believe and the bible does not say just believe. You think Jesus got angry for no reason at the pharisees who were hypocrites? They were hypocrites because their works did not reflect their faith. He got mad at his disciples who fell asleep and couldn't meditate for an hour. WORKS!

  • @guitarninja83 you know you are right but faith you belive jesus is lord he iour savior yea good but you forget sin we must abstain form sin and abstaining form sin is follow ing gods law have you forgoten the teachings of christ why did he put them there duh to be followed if you belive in jesus and do not obey him your faith is dead faith make works with no faith no works but if you do not act on what you believe what good is it look at the bible look at peter thay follow his teachings

  • Keep in mind Jesus also said people will come after me who do greater works than I, not who will have more faith but do more works, more healings, more miracles. Funny thing how no one has yet to see anyone do anything remotely close to Jesus, why? Because people who think its just enough to have faith, just believe! BS, the just believe crowd is just lazy and content, you want your cake and my cake and everyone elses cake too. You will know them by their fruits not their faith. Fruits = works!

  • @guitarninja83 If you believe that you need "works" to get into Heaven then you believe that Christ's sacrifice was incomplete, temporary and insufficient and you would have to ignore what the Bible actually says. Titus 3:5 he saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. In other words, we are to accept the gift of Christ. Works will never earn your way to heaven, they are merely a sign that you've accepted the Holy Spirit.

  • I'm not a Christian, but I can feel a sense of peaceful love radiating from you--- that I don't usually feel from a lot of Christians. Keep up the good work :)

  • @TheWizzardOfRandom . Some Christians have alot of issue in their life, worries of this world. Maybe if we all would meditate on God's word we would be more at peace and treat people better. So it's best to look to God for yourself and not focus on people, because being a christian is a growing process. Thank God for people like Rhonda to help us.

  • @Tonnie31 You're right, however, it's difficult to not 'look at people' when we're all on Earth together. I'm a bit confused as to what you're suggesting because if we all took the attention off of other people and placed it on God, then we're ignoring a huge part of God's creation, according to Christianity.

  • @TheWizzardOfRandom

I get the same vibe off of you, most non Christians seem to be ravenouse Bible-bashers mocking us for our religion.

  • God bless you for doing this! I wanted to find a method of meditation, and tried a couple of different ones. They never sat right with me. I always ended up focusing my mind of God and Jesus where I knew I could receive that true inner peace. The other forms of meditation are good for relaxing you and feeling good for a while, but true peace, love, and joy for every aspect in life can only come from meditating on the Lord.

  • Wow, I have the same problem. Negative thoughts (that seem to materialize out of nowhere) keep bombarding me. Thanks for this video. Its nice knowing that I'm not alone and that I can overcome this with the help of the Lord

  • Meditation is based on enlightenment, or on you (being the god conciousness) experiencing itself in all situations, in all life. You find out that you are the god, we are all one conciousness, spirit and matter are one in the same. Individualism in spirit leads to selfish thoughts and actions but these are also needed in the asention process since there is a duality in our reality.

  • You are an angel! Christian meditation is where the Power of Christianity is. I've had the same experience!! Confirmation. God bless.

  • I don't even know what to say, but I'll let you know that this brought tears to my eyes. This is just... wow... I mean, I've just begun to realize all of this you said in the past week... and it has helped me tremendously.... and I thank God for just... your words. You are one amazing lady.

  • A beautiful lady inside and out. I love what Rhonda is doing. She has amazing courage to bring a powerful gift to believers. Love it!

  • Many thanks for this act of generosity and love. I shall visit the website and try the mediation practice you suggest.

  • cool stuff !! Ill try this out tonight

  • thanks Rhonda... Great series.. Love Pslams One.. Meditate on Gods Word.. Thats a great Psalm regarding meditation for those "christians" who do not believe in meditation.. Think what they really mean is they do not believe in "eastern" meditation of "emptying thier minds" vrs biblical meditation of filling our minds with the Word!

  • Confession and Protection are really important parts of Christian Meditation. Exclude them and you are heading into dangerous waters.

  • Great video. I just started reading a book about Christian meditation in the early church. It's called "The Power of the Name: The History and the Practices of the Jesus Prayer" you may want to check out.

  • I am so delighted that you are sharing about christian meditation. I have had the same experience. Great conversation

  • Rhonda,

I have the same problems that you have had and need to gain control over my thought life. I already have some of your christian meditation cds and look forward to your videos. Please keep up the good work and thank you from the bottom of my heart! Nancy
