  • Hey would just the back diff locked for drifting be alright?

  • @XscXps3 Ya, rear locked alone is drift-able, better for a tighter slower drifting.... I lock both for higher speed long drifts...

  • YOYOYO!!!!! plz answer asap. where did u get the rims i need rims that big or bigger

  • wait how did u make the wheels side ways? and how did u make the four tires loose? like mine if i let go of my throttle it stops

  • I've got it it's wicked

  • There is one on ebay type rc drift BMW and it's £15

  • where did u get the orange rims PLZ REPLY ASAP!!!!

  • @wangsterDECKSallday I Hand painted then....

  • @puhjay69 oh where did u get the rims? or would u like to sell me the orange ones?

  • how did u bend the front wheels?

  • Price?

  • thx man

  • Was the camber added strictly for aesthetics? Or does it add any sort of function for drifting?

  • @imacracker515 Mostly aesthetics so I could drop the body more, But it helps to keep the lil guy from flipping instead of catching an edge... on the 1/10 scale drifter I have a little more than needed as well, but we don't all have perfect flat places to drive....

  • did you custom cut the wheels and can you make a how to video

  • what u mean by dollar store lighters?

  • @MrBriflip27 a Dollar type store had cigarette lighters with LED and button that easily unscrewed and came with batteries, there are other 1$ things in those stores with LEDs you can scavenge from... When it came to the the micro's that was the lightest weight solution and cheapest at same time...

  • hey man, i have a rally and was wondering what rims you used, sorry if it was shown i may just be dumb, but please reply

  • What size pipe is it?

  • @GoLdEnGuNnEr247 I used a 1" PVC COUPLER in the electrical pvc section.

  • Does the stock esc have a low voltage cutoff for lipo?

  • @TheJeepGeek Not the stock esc, but its very noticeable when the lipo has voltage drop, Ive ran probably 50 packs on the stock esc, and haven't lost a battery yet...

  • what is the tune in the background?

  • @louiseroscoe24 "Get It any way" Cypress Hill, Album: Rise Up...

  • whats the run time for a single charge? and would u recommend a quick charger and a spare battery?

  • @NickZourasOfficial Stock nimh gets like 5-7 mins, 250mah 2s gets almost 10 mins. I think the stock charger takes an hour to charge nimh. I have a few lipo chargers and I charge my lipos at 1a which takes like 15-20 mins to charge.... Always let the stock motor cool down between runs 5-10 mins.... I'd recommend second nimh/charger or lipo and charger, but with those rough numbers you can make your own choice if you want...

  • nice job on the diy im all for making it myself. have you tried locking the diff? play dough works really well because you can remove it later.

  • I got the same effect on mine with a much simpler method. I wrapped the tires in electrical tape and that's it. Granted you need to re wrap it every so often but it IS REMOVEABLE. Great vid.

  • nice video man enjoyed it :)

  • @TEAMBLACKCOUNTRY Thanks Bud!

  • that must took a long time to do.

  • yer sorry forgot to upload it ill do it soon ish

  • hey man have you got any aluminium arms or other stuff yet haha you should they are awsome.

  • @friezy96 we've had record highs here... spending all my time outdoors with my big RC's... but I have them on my "to order" list... btw, i've been checking your channel for your new video....

  • haha i have watched this vid so many times its not funny 3 000 of the veiws are mine lol

  • @friezy96 lol, Me too, jk, But I get flashbacks to the video when I hear the background song on my iphone...

  • hey man what are the yellow things in the shocks and you should get some aluminium arms i did and they are awsome.

  • @friezy96 yellow things are nitro fuel line cut to same length, bump stops, wont let chassis hit ground...

Ya the plastic is a bit loose, i could see there would be an improvement with aluminum upgrade, by end of summer I'll have some more upgrades and videos uploaded.... too much offroad racing going on right now...

  • if you want to sell your rc drift car plese tel me first

  • imma do this with a 1/24 micro SCT and use the 8750Kv brushless motor, and im gonna make removable diff lockers, also have you tried it with just the rear diff locked i think it might work better.

  • @Randomshit1353 I'm runin brushless10250k now... Runs cooler and a lil smoother, BL is best... I tried each mod once at a time, including rear locked by itself, Leaving the front unlocked helped if I wanted to go faster in a straight line, or switchbacks... but too hard to control fast sideways sliding. Could try thick diff silicone up front so it unlocks under pressure.....I've heard of people using plastic bits, or paper trapped in the spider gears of the diff to make it temporarily locked...

  • hey do you mind having a look at my losi drifting video and telling me what you think of my paint job and if you think i should do the sparkly stuff backed with another color thanks heaps man lol.

  • yes it does thank you very much if i sent them to you could you cut them and do that thing with what you did yours to make them perfect or is that out of the question i mean i would pay for it and everyhting.

  • how did you make the pvc so it was pefectly level on the side that you cut because i did mine thanks to your idea with the pvc but i did mine with a hax saw and they arent very smooth on the cut side and i want to re do them can you tell how you did yours please thanks.

  • @friezy96 My first set I cut were a bit jagged, I put the tire on to a Socket wrench bit wrapped in tape on my drill, then with sand paper, and files, I slowly kinda lathe like the tire smooth. Do it outside, cuz there will be PVC shavings everywhere, lol... But If you have a chop saw or table saw you can do near perfect cuts... with a little light sanding... hope this helps...

  • did you TRY the battery in back? (just wondering)

  • @scubareece I've done a lot of research and found more weight up front helps to keep the front end powering forward, like a real car has engine up front... But, u have to stay on the gas, or it just understeers.... my 1/10 scale drifter works better with added weight up front too.

  • @MYcareLEVELis1 rule of thumb is for every 1000 mah equals 1 amp charge rate... anything under 1000 mah, you can charge at 1 amp.... that's what I and most people I know do... get a lipo sack n charge in it, if you are afraid of a fire...

  • nice car

  • what song is that

  • @hotrod1546 "Get It any way" Cypress Hill, Rise Up Album...

  • That's awesome looking. What diameter PVC did you use? Did you just wrap electrical tape and then hot glue?

  • @jason29id Thanks, At Lowes or any hardware store, look in the electrical department, Use 1" PVC COUPLERS, they fit snug and come in a bag of like 10 for 4$, and you can make 2 tires from each! A small dab of tire glue inside edge of tire/rim...

  • Where did u get the rims from?

  • @XscXps3 They are stock, comes in black or gold, I sprayed 5 layers of orange on 2 and just carefully painted stripes with a small brush...

  • Wish I had a room like that to drift my Carisma GT14 in. Nice setup, working well.

  • @rcBitz I've got plenty of open rooms available 2 me, this is the closest.... Thanks man, hard to get things setup right with such a wide stance!
