I bought all the singles by these girls in the sixties. Sadly not many other people did! What appealed to me was the feisty, gutsy sound - sharp contrast to the sugar-sweet divas of the time. And now, listening to this ... it still does. Years later we got the Spice Girls. Born into the wrong era, girls.
