@JunkedHornet interesting response, and I loved it! However, I played daggerfall, and found lots of of misspoints... Morrowind in my opinion, was a step forward! Put depth to the world in a brilliant and different RPG. Skyrim, in my opinion, is also very amusing. It is not perfect however , there are lots of things they can work on!

I consider morrowind to be the first true Elder scrolls! the first two (and 2.5's) are different compared to the last three!

@MrKiller4free Allow me to completely disagree with you. Daggerfall was the game that made RPG Jesus cry tears of joy. Morrowind was, on all accounts a step back for the series, with Oblivion picking up some of the pieces but forgetting some of the things that make an Elder Scrolls game truly exceptional. Then Skyrim took away character classes and fucked everything up.
