noctua fans have that strange electricle motor sound while running lower then 1000rmps.. that noise is louder than anyhting else that comes from the fan.. the nfp12 has the same "problem" ..

Why would you be looking at these fans if they don't push enough air? The point of these fans are to be SILENT - and push a lot more air than other fans - at the same volume.

If you're trying to look for high airflow fans, and don't really care about noise, Get a Delta fan.

These fans can push more air than the Nexus Real Silent. But if you are looking for PERFORMANCE, then just look for the Scythe S-Flex. They are the standard for HSF cooling. Case Cooling I'd still go for the S12B FLX.

I rate each product with an objective opinion. if you will look at me sunbeam acrylic techstation review you will see that I have it a 3.5 even though I want more products from them. this is an amazing fan that pushes allot of air and it deserves a 5/5

Daim are you trying to be a ass for a certain reason or just the hell of it. These are great fans minus the ugly color schemes they run with. It has a good CFM for the noise db level. Stop trying to be an ass and show some respect for people doing things like this and who are willing to give help to there viewers. I am sure ill get a angry message from you but dont waste my time till you increase your knowledge on the topics being discussed.

You said it isn't recommended for CPU coolers for it's lower airflow yet later you say it pushes a humongous amount of air...

I actually never said "for it's lower airflow" the reason this fan is not good for heatsinks is that it has low static pressure which is much different from air flow. airflow is the amount of air while static pressure is the ability to force the air through. fans with more fins and faster rpm have higher static pressure.

Oh you mean like the fan's concentrated airflow is all over, right? I can sorta see that this fan could pull in a lot of air but throw it all over, so I guess it would be a great rear fan.

no, not exactly I mean it pushes allot of air but it is not meant to push that amount of air through without the air coming back through the fan.

yes, that is true. in a noise to airflow ratio it is very good, but it just has high airflow in general.. only when in an open environment of coarse.
