@Menak666 wenn man es richtig macht gehen die vielen formen ziemlich auf die muskeln da dein körper die ganze zeit in bewegung ist. was das lernen an sich angeht kannst du das in etwa mit einer langsamen koreo beim tanzen vergleichen ich hab etwas mehr als ne woche gebraucht bevor ich die ersten formen sauber geschafft hab jeden tag geübt. aber man braucht auf jeden fall viel disziplin ;P
