My district, Rockingham 2, elected someone who I'd consider a pro-liberty freshman. Republican Paul Brown, who has previously run on the Libertarian Party ticket and he seems to be libertarian in his views.

He's replacing retiring Republican Frank Bishop, who usually gets ratings of C+ from the NHLA.

I'd consider it a net pick-up for the pro-liberty community. Is Brown included in your list?
