I heard that there is some kind a law suit with this game that is preventing microsoft to make a remake of it. There stil going to make it but they said that the game will have a diffrence. It still is going to be a great game.

@MrNin10dods No actually, it's because M$ offered Nintendo royalties, and Nintendo declined. Nintendo, as the original publisher, still has some rights to the game. Plus Rare no longer has the rights to the 007 game license. EA does, I think.

you can't relive the 90s, thats the only thing im pissed off about. It can be the same exact port, but it wont be as fun...i remember playing this game when I was 5, and getting owned by my brother and his friends all the time....damn proximity mines >:(

mircosoft actually sent some people to nintendo to come to an agreement on what could've been a double launch for just the VC and XBLA but nintendo turned it down because they dont want the 360 to capitalize on it cause of the great online multiplayer for the 360. First it was going to cpme out between Halo 3 and GTA IV but nintendo had a BF and sent them a cease and desist letter so it got held back. if you go on ign they say it was going to be a nov 08 suprise but nintendo has to be a bitch.

then how come it hasn't come out yet i understand what you saying bout B&K but someone i hang with in college told me about an article where microsoft went to talk to nintendo about creating a way so they could share the revenues by putting it on the XBLA and the VC but because nintendo is greedy 4 all the money they said no. i looked it up on the internet and it came up just like he said it. nintendo does have rights because they helped produce it so they do have a say, but their stingy.

@TopFall Actually Nintendo does, because they have some copyrights to the game (as seen on the inital legal disclaimer at the startup of the game.

This is NEVER gonna be on the XBLA because Nintendo won't let them emulate an N64 game onto their system.

This game MIGHT be on Wii Shop because the only thing in their way is Rareware and a license.

I believe it to be completely real. The KF7 Soviet has the original look that's on the back of the box of the game. Which wasn't left in the game as far as I remember and therefore isn't accessable to anyone but Rare themselves...

I saw images of the Dam level in Games Master magazine, and the newer version looked a hell of a lot better. It looked at least PS2 worthy. This looks like the N64 version with the beta KF7 Soviet, which in my opinion looks better than the one they finished with, but still.

mmm....ive played this alot on pc and that aint on pc...graphics arn't upscaled but the colors are different...mmm. Last screen was very well done if it was fake.
