I agree with Roundhouse453, it's just the american kid and the gang of youths that's annoying. All the other actors and actresses were great. The white haired witch was great (and beautiful) and love Liu Yi Fei (golden sparrow) when she laughs (what a gorgeous girl she is, with the sexiest voice i have ever heard). I'll be seeing it again at the cinema this week. Just have to block out the naff western actors. p.s. I'm a white westerner saying that, not chinese so i'm not biased.

Just watched this film at the cinema, it was entertaining, great to see those guys together but it should have been something much more special. Not bad though, see it if you're a fan of Jet or Jackie.

Anyway.....on to the topic at hand, I really don't care what any of you say. I loved this film! Yeah I admit the american kid was fucking annoying but I loved the comedy and I loved the fight scenes! Although the plot I admit could have been better

so so at best family friendly film, not their best work, but it does have a handful of memorable scenes like when they're pwning that generic angsty American kid.

Jet li and Jackie should make another film together that's less family friendly and more true to their styles of film making imo

Going to see this tomorrow, hope its not a disappointment cos i've been waiting a long time to see these 2 guys in action together. I was kinda disappointed its kinda aimed at a younger audience but I know Jackie Chan doesn't like to make violent movies which is why his films are kinda slap stick, but either way, i'm really looking forward to see these 2 legends do what they do best.
