  • I am sorry but i dont see how 300RPM to light a "flickering" 12v bulb could be concidered low rpm... not trying to sit here and talk shit, but i am just not understanding how 300RPM is low!!

  • is it even real?

  • Did you rewire this motor and did you use a ceilingfan? What size wire did you use?

  • @losttreasurehunt yes we rewire its and we use different gauge wire but 16 number wire gives good results but hard to winding....

  • imho 300RPM is not "low". I thik 60-40RPM may be called "low", but not a 300.

  • i have got a DC Treadmill motor 180VDC about less than 1 ampere, but i don't understand if i can use it to charge my UPS battery of 190A.h, 12V, i guess it needs big Amperes to be charged isn';t it? and i think a motor which is about 1 ampere may not be able to charge this battery?? any suggestions...

  • anyone let me know how can i get the alminum magnet in Pakistan?

  • best magnet to use in Turbine Alternators NeoDymium very powerful !!!

  • 300 RPM is still pretty fast for a lot of VAWTs. How much voltage can you get at 100 RPM?

  • at 100 rpm i got 4 volt..

now our modified alternator give 100 watt (10v X 10amps) at 150 rpm

  • interesting works, keep at it you have got the right idea Abdu

    well done

    andy

  • Hi from America. Nice work on this. How many magnets?

  • Thanks you.. i used 20 magnetss

  • Great Job! It is refreshing to see young Pakistani Minds at work!

  • would you get electric if you stuck magnets on the outside of a regular car alt and spin it ?

  • I think it can not produce electric..

  • even without ataching any magnets to the alternator if U spin it U will get electricity thats how they do it in a car!

  • Good Morning from France

Really excellent, again congratulations to Abdu and his entire team, pakscienceclub.

It would be interesting to see a video for rewire coil and

    location and position of magnets

But , i think that the Ceiling fan it is particular ? because very large. Did you change the thickness ?

thank you to share your ideas, it is nice to you.

Again Thank and good continuation, incredible work, very good

    Jean

PS : I look forward with pleasure from your new

  • thats some pretty good work, you have a strong future in the biz....LATER FROM THE WEST COAST

  • thanks man :-)

  • dDID YOU REWIRE IT OR JUST ADD MAGNETS?

    MUDDd

  • I did rewire (18 gauge) and also used magnets.very close to stator...

  • tHAT MUST HAVE BEEN HARD TO WIND.

MY COMPLIMENTS, I WAS GOING TO TRY REWINDING ONE TO SEE A BETTER OUTPUT BUT WAS IN QUESTION OF WHAT GAGE WOULD BE BEST. I HAVE THREE MORE TO PLAY WITH. I THINK I WILL DO THE SMALLEST ONE. I WILL LET YOU KNOW MY RESULTS.

  • hHA HA I LOVE IT 5 STARS. IT LOOKS LIKE A HUGH PIGEOT DESIGN AFTER THE BRAKE DRUM TURBINE. IT SEEMS TO BE WORKING VERY WELL. THANKS FOR THE INVITE.
