Get it right dude. It's a demo, Hetfield was using 'yeah yeahs' to fill in the gaps before writing the lyrics. He just wants to get an idea of arrangements and vocal melodies. Of course it's absurd for lyrics; they aren't even to begin with. See: Wherever I May Roam demo 90', Eye Of The Beholder demo '87 etc etc for more examples! He's been doing that for decades now.
