Ending this war, and domestic issues like healthcare, education, etc. I'm not even as concerned about Immigration (not many Americans are, it consistantly is placed as #7 in polls on important issues). If you want an amazing candidate, look into Bill Richardson.
I've voted Republican before (Lugar2006) but lately I just cannot stand the party or what it stands for. I do not like any of the Republican candidates, I used to be a McCain and Guil fan but I dislike them more than ever now for pandering to the extreme right to get votes. I am not much of a Kucinich fan, although I do commend him for not changing how he feels for votes. He knows what hes asking for is not the most popular thing, but he's doing what he thinks would be best.
yes, you are correct. Brownback, McCain, Guil, romney, and all other republican candidates are jokes. Those most qualified for presidency are clinton, richardson, edwards, and obama. What can the mayor of a city and flip flopping republicans really do for this country besides send up into further debt, extended wars, and silenced freedoms...?
He would favor the use of missile strikes against Iran if it failed to bow to Washington's demand that it cease its alleged nuclear weapons program. Obama also said that in the event of a coup that removed the Musharraf regime in Pakistan, the US should attack that nation's nuclear arsenal. Very nice, Barack. Just what this violence-plagued, tired old world needs, more death and destruction, more Iraqs and Afghanistans, more pre-emptive wars of aggression, more imperial arrogance
they both have an equal right to life, they are both alive, neither more then the other, should I kill you child because you have lived longer but he has a sever diseases and you could possibly get it and die? NO!
He already served in the Illinois Senate and the US Senate, and he's been in Washington long enough to know that Washington has to change. God bless him.
I agree we should! But, why don't they make it easy and talk about the issues. I wanna see Hillary and Obama debate. It'd be like have a bunch of Catholics debating stem cell research.
So people cant decide who they want to be president because you have declared that Obama is going to be the next president?
Thank you for letting me know.
Although I might vote for Obama, then again I might not. I cant stand people who are for one side or the other, they dont care who is running, they just pull party 'X' lever in the ballot box. people are allowed to voice there opinions about the election and who to vote for.
Then you'll really love Senator Obama, as he is all about bringing people together. "There is no black America, no Asian America, no White America...this is the United States of America! We worship an awesome God in the blue states, and don't like the government poking into our library records in the red states. "
out of a 3:42 video, it takes him until 2:33 to start talking. I want to hear more about issues. not see how big of a crowd there is...if I wanted to see a crowd I'd go to the mall on a weekend.
I know and I've seen some of them, I loved Obama before, but as we're inching further into the race I'm not sure I like him as much, as long as Hilary doesn't get President I think I'll be happy though.
hoorah for the hilary ousting!! she's a pissed off racist who's campain is totally empty. tired of bush/clinton politics. 24 years now. But i'd be willing to listen to your "disagreements" with obama:) i too inform myself, and consistency and truth i see in the man very clearly. what do you see?
I am looking at other candidates as well (which everyone should do) so I will be well informed on what every candidate is on the issues. I refuse to see one person from the beginning of the race and blindly support them all the way to the voting both (I'm not accusing you, but some people do that)
Sure Kucinich is great, and Ron Paul on the republican side would be a good president aswell. But Obama has what it takes to win the presidency, easily shall I dare say? Plus remember it takes more than good ideas and honesty to be a good president you need to move the nation, you need to work with the Congress and Senate even if they oppose you and that's where Obama's charisma comes in.
Amazing! Simply AMAZING! Who needs a q&a...? You can feel this man's platform. It's in the crowds, it's in his speaches, he will do wonders for our nation!
p.s.
his platform is actually on his website, and a few sit-down YouTubes i believe
Am I the only one annoyed at seeing yet another collection of soundbytes? How about uploading a speech? Or a question and answer session? These films tell us nothing about his position on the issues.
Of course it doesn't, but it's early in the race. I think he wants to rally us up before he tells us all of his plans. In 08 he's going to be a lot more serious on the issues unless he's not as smart as we thought he is.
working hard to make GA happen again in the General in 2 weeks you will be the PREZ elect

If I wanted to elect someone from Virginia it would have been Mark Warner but he decided not to run. If you can't tell, I don't like republicans.
