Stop running away from feelings, and learn to cope with stress, breathe, meditate, exercise, volunteer, meet people, and do things that are positive, look inward and confront fears, and feelings.....and you'll be amazing. I do understand it gets hard, I've gone through it too. Just keep lookin up and moving on. easier said than done I know, but that's all there is to it. Action.
