I may be Chinese by heritage, but both my parents spent a majority of their childhood in Burma. I am and always be proud of that. Do not dis the Burmese.
That's called traditional orchestra, I m being Burmese and I m always proud of it... Even I'm away from my mother-land, always be Burmese I go anywhere around the world.
I love Pat-Waing too. I wish I can take lesson and bring back the entire set back to U.S. What an awesome instruments. We have a few harps for my father used go play harps and tune them. The one without guitar-like tensioner.
Beautiful, I love Burmese classical music, and when the pat waing (circle of drums) and the saung (burmese harp) play together the most beautiful music comes to the ear. What a great culture is the Burmese one. Hope someday I will be in Burma learning to play those instruments and wathcing a traditional orchestra playing live.
This is " Myat Phaya Shwe Dagon" ,Sung by U Min Naung. This song usually brocasted from Myanmar Ahthan Radio when I was young. I miss it very much. Thanks for uploading.

@komaraung --The quality as not as superb as it can be for they were VCD. I did ask for DVD but
they were not produced. I can rip one piece at a time.
But I would prefer that you buy them from Rgn so that their livelihood continue. Let me find out
where I get it from in Rgn. It was from downtown Rgn.
