that's all well and good, but then again I'm not really concerned about what he does on an HBO series when for 99.9% of the time I'm watching him he's doing exactly what he's supposed to. I mean, I don't want him to start acting like Kyle Busch, but he could do a little to pep up his interviews.

I think it was obvious that a Roush car was going to win at Dover on the first one. Out of them though, I wanted Carl Edwards to win. Still an exciting finish.

@normalboy64 Johnson is responsible for some of the best finishes 2002-2010 Even if your not a Johnson fan those 3 races is what racin is all about and what we all wanna see on sundays. Im not a Roush fan at all but i enjoyed the 3 roush guys racin like that..hard but clean..maybe a lil bump or nudge but nothing stupid

@Knox48x Well he's won 50+ races it's pretty obvious there are some that have been exciting. But the majority of them are boring, because he wins the pole, drives away in the first 20 laps, leads the most laps by a landslide, has a perfect day in the pits, and then goes on to win the race by three and a half seconds. BORING. And again, I don't dislike Jimmie. But I fucking hate it when he wins because it's taking all the unpredictability out of the sport, which is what attracts a lot of fans

@normalboy64 Ok so Johnson is doing it now..before him it was Gordon, Earnhardt, Wallace, Waltrip, Petty, Pearson there will be a day when it's not Johnson...maybe Kyle Busch, Lagono but there will always be a dominant driver/team in the sport always. History tells us that...i don't blame Johnson for the lack of following in the last couple years..i blame Dale Jr because 65% of nascar fans or so called fans are Jr fans and only like to watch when he's winning races

@Knox48x the difference is that earnhardt, wallace, waltrip, petty, and pearson had personalities. Jonhson's a fucking stick in the mud. And I do blame Johnson for the ratings. But there's no doubt Jr.'s gotta do well for NASCAR to get it's highest possible viewings. But you can't "blame" them. Let's face it, in 36 races, there is a lot of time where you are just sitting there bored to death, hoping something will happen. If your drivers not even a contender in the race, why keep watching?

If you ever watched that HBO special they did on him he's anything but..i mean he got hammered and tried to surf on top of a golf cart and broke his wrist..haha He's like that in nascar because that's what is expected of him by Hendrick, Lowes, Knaus but i do agree bein a big johnson fan i'd like to see him just wreck or punch someone..lol
