In SSBB, sometimes when using it opponents get sucked in a bit and take a little bit of damage or flinch, it works best in short bursts if you can get an opponent right in the centre of it.

Well First of all In brawl, Ness can Jump Higher than Link. And In fact Link doesnt Jump very well at ALL good. Im guessing thats why Toon Links in Brawl Because hes like a Link whos Faster and Jumps Higher, If you didnt Notice.

Guys stop. I'm a fan of both series and I believe that it depends on the player. Ness can't suck cuz he might be played by a pro player. same goes with Link. You can't say that some character sucks cuz you've never learned how to use them. I think that teirs are stupid and null.

I actually LOVE tiers, because it makes me feel special to know that I have mastered the character of a shitty tier. I have mastered Olimar (B tier... okay), Ness (E or F tier... pretty cool), and Lucas (G tier. The only one left is H. :D).
