Whoever is on here talking about LSU needs to get a grip. You can't touch a Wlllowridge or Dudley High Schools much less FAMU, BCC, Morgan, Howard, Grambling, Southern or any other Black band. You can only try imitate- Yo do a terrible version. Your tone deaf.

To cdonon321: I don't think you are better. You don't do nearly as much as FAMU or any HBCU when it comes to field performances or music played in the stands. Also, LSU isn't the one getting the invites to perform at the Superbowl and other major events.

You at LSU dont have entertaining halftime shows, nor do you sound better, maybe LSU sounds better than SU (Human Jukebox) but the 100 is a whole different HBCU band, by the way where is LSU's Sudler, dont think they have won it? But The 100 has won it.

LSU has won the Sudler. Do the research for yourself. Strangely enough, Frank Wickes (LSU director of bands) is gonna be a guest conductor at FAMU's concert this weekend. I would love to be there for that. Col. Arnold Gabriel is also gonna be a guest conductor as well as David Holsinger. FAMU ain't playing! They're doing some work down there.

Let the truth be told, BOTH bands can play and are highly musical. FAMU's depth of sound can't be matched by LSU or any other marching BAND, but LSU plays with better pitch IMO. With that said, SU should NEVER be mentioned in the same conversation with MUSICAL UNITS!!

OOPS. LOL Well, it was explained that they stopped doing it. I don't think that was something that would be so unusual, but everyone is so sensitive about "hazing" these days. Hey, if I was a 100 freshman, I would have learned the motto backwards, in Spanish, and standing on my head to get something to eat!!

We ain't NEVA practiced to no damn 2/3am. I wish Doc would. 12:30 was the latest I've ever seen the band on the field and that was during a homecoming week.

The freshman in predrill right now have it pretty easy... Its been raining and fairly warm all week, not sure of their musical/marching potential... I guess I'll find out tomorrow nigh...

Ok that took care of the last two days of predrill what about the other 5 days you walked past us like you didnt see what was goin' on... But hey... YOU MARCH, YOU PLAY AND YOU DEFINITELY GET GOUPED... Like the time Doc Chip told us to report to the cafe for lunch then they had us under the damn parking garage doing facing movements...
