i think you can only use it when you go to gracie grace's store. you deposit bells at the bank, and then if you're not carrying any with you when you're shopping there, but you have your card, you can use it.

i think u can only use it in gracigrace for clothes , she asks you do you want to use money or your card

@angelz1013 If you have a shopping card when she asks you if you wanna buy it and you say "I'll take it" she will give you a choice to pay with bells or the card, you also have to have money in your bank because the money in your bank is how much in your card you also need to have the card in your pocket.

@penguin8304 It is not a movie and second it's japanese because the game was made in Japan they sell it world wide for different countries in there language. you can tell because the creator is konami which is a japanese game creator lol
