If they can sing at all, I think that pretty much most of artists perform, even if they're sick. I mean they have a choice of doing their best and singing or just quitting, which would mean either band playing without vocals or just canceling the concert. Have you ever heard of a japanese band that cancels their show for a flu or something? Well, I haven't. They're normal.
