Here's my tip for you Phatpat. How about you enjoy your bucket of balls and take some time in between each shot. Not only do you get your money's worth, but you also will be practicing more effectively. Practice makes perfect, as they say in the biz.
just by looking at that swing I bet dollars to donuts you hit a fade/slice. Your right arm is a dead giveaway...needs to loosen up quite a bit. Follow through is loose - tighten it up.

nice swing... but still your right arm is still straight.. if you tuck it in more you should draw the ball
