All Looks great, But what about the price? So the claim is that anyone can buy an apartment they can afford and then spend thousands to fully furnish it with these amazing looking furniture.. doesn't it defeat the purpose?

I agree. So much thought and engineering put on it doesn't sound like to be cheap. If space is one's problem is cause he couldn't afford any bigger. I might be wrong but I'd first put my money on more space rather than special furniture.
