It looks like you put the non-L adjuster in the left side of the seat. I have installed my spacers and I thought I kept the adjusters properly separated. My non-L also goes on the left side, if I haven't mixed them up. I thought L stood for the left side, when looking from the driver's seated position. Am I mistaken?

I assembled it the way I thought I remember taking it apart, with the L on the right side. It worked. L must mean Left hand thread.
