@234234234werrrrrrr sadly as the lord of the dead, he is constantly surrounded by decay. In a way, the underworld is the great sewage plant of life. He is past the point where your measley poop could affect him in the brief time it would have before it bursts into unholy flame.
Besides, just being in the underworld means the only thing you can shit...are bats. Live bats.
Additionally, how would you get up to his face without touching him, causing your body to decay right on the spot?

It had copy protection on the wall-climbing part. =(
You had to have the game manual, pretty much or ask on forums. If not, you were screwed.
