1. onions, carrots, celery and garlic should always be cooked together, just because.

The soup looks splendid! Wow! When I was sick this week, I did not have the energy to do much for cooking. I used ginger beer, because the ginger concentration is much higher than it is with ginger ale. Ginger beer helps calm the stomach. I can drink ginger beer when I cannot keep water down.

I thought was raised Jesus was Palestine's best Scotch. :D
