  • Nice car mate. What are you boosting? I am running a stock motor, turbo, ect. boosting 26psi with Ethanol and I am only at about 340bhp. You must have done some other major mods to get to 400!!

  • fint med vänsterstyrt xD

  • on the contrary; you DO need pipes, exhaust, tune,etc. to get that kind of horse power. Those are the very basic mods in which you START to build horsepower. If SOMEHOW you get 400whp w/o these parts, you NEED to have them installed so the car can even handle the power. I AM an Evo owner, I know a thing or two about these cars man. It's not even on E85??!! I'm callin you out: BULLSHITTER.

  • @xpattin13x; It's more believable if it's on ethanol,..at sea level, and that's the "corrected #".

  • 408hp with all stock piping, stock intercooler, stock turbo, stock mani, factory battery, etc etc? Im not buying it. okay video though...

  • @chrys357 its been done before...

    also you never know he might be on ethanol, thats the case, than 408 is an easy number to hit on stock turbo

  • No its not on ethanol. 98 regular fuel its called in Sweden.

    @xpatton13x

  • @xpatton13x that dude is trip'n my brothers old 9 was hittin 400's on stock turbo all he did was flash the ecu do new fuel lines and new injectors new catback and it was there easy

  • Its a stock turbo and its puts out 408 brake horse power. You dont need to change the piping, intercooler,turbo manifold if you are putting out 400hp. If you looking for 500hp you need to new aftermarket stuff.

    @chrys357

  • @Virtual49 What is the standard BHP of the car when you got it?

  • @chrys357 i'm not sure where you're from and if evo's are a different spec where you are, but here in europe it's very common and easy to get 408bhp with a fuel pump, remap and boost solenoid :)

  • @vitessemarklamaar

    I am used to USDM DSM's. I know the Euro-specs differ from the states. Im going from the title, "Evo 9". If it's an "FQ" it should be in the title. That's the only explanation Ill except. I def know a thing or two about these cars, and I'm NOT buyin' it.

  • @chrys357 you simply go for an FQ400 dude

    thats it.

  • impressive!

  • Beautiful car man. When you launch do you dump thr clutch or let off normally?

  • Just let the cluth go man :) Release it very quick.

    @vinnieg9910

  • The evo 9 is simply the best looking car!!! just perfect! <3 <3 love it! great video mate !

  • and this is why people cant buy it second hand

  • Mitsuba!

  • how much boost you running to make 408 hp 27 - 30 psi on stock turbo ..

    in true seeing your video it looks like more like 340 or 360 hp .. i can be wrong is just thats how it looks. I own a 06 evo ix MR greddy turbo back hks intake inner cool pipes

    255 fuel pump. hks 272 cams. made 397 whp at 27 psi. and on 1 gear the car is all over the place ..

  • finally a decent man who has an evo and doesnt fit it with stupid and awful body kits... just bought it and left it stock, like it should be, congrats

  • nice and clean !! remember kids...this is what you do to an evo :) YOU DRIVE IT HARD!!! JUST LIKE A WOMAN YOU GOTA FUCK HER HARD!!

  • Is it true with those mods in the engine, give the evo 408 Hp? I drive evo9 the almost same like in the video. But still did't reach 400+ Hp with that minor mods... Hurmmm....

  • i like the photos @ the end, can i have a copy of them ?

  • Awesome evo love it great video.

  • Thank you man! :)
