  • im a student who is doing my undergraduate degree,, and i want to use this video's sound in one my research... can u plz give me ur permission for me to use this... i have send some mails to to ur tube inbox requesting the permission as well.. waiting a fast reply

  • wow, that is one nice truck. i thought it was a mini concrete pump attached to a mixer. but its using conveyor system to move them. well, its an exciting feeling to work along side with equipments & machinery, saves time as well. even though old ways of labor work is a lot cheaper.

  • thats a bad ass set-up!!..can u control the drum with the remote too??..i wish my boss would buy that

  • no outriggers with a boom like that?

  • There's no hopper on the truck

How do they load the truck at the plant ?

  • lol in my case so weak foundation will break first winter, practicly no steel beam inside only a piece of wire. And a truck to fill this few meters? You wil do it in one day on your own.

  • @szymonzyc Nothing wrong with the job here :)

  • Not smart to walk underneath the conveyer belt. But that truck kicks ass!!!

  • @dominick253 Yeah it's cool and makes the job alot eaysier:)

  • DK Beton :)

  • @funch82 ja da :)

  • very very cool!

  • @capincrnchy Thanks :)

  • Now I feel Tucson has been left behind in technology . Vary cool!!!

  • what the size of this mixer truck and how can i get it.

  • what the size of this mixer truck and how can i get it

  • The truck I drive in Australia has a removable hopper. At one plant where I work the material is fed into the mixer by a conveyor belt (known as a speed belt) it just flows off the end of the belt into the mixer, so the hopper is removed to allow this.

  • some deep ass footers

  • No hard hats, no hi vis, no safety glasses; operator dangerously climbing up the back of the truck; not good.

  • wouldnt buy one of those in a million years. too much to go wrong. the concrete gets into the rollers along the conveyor and damages them; and the electrics are temperamental in my experience. i drive for cemex uk

  • The operator should never stand the boom straight up unless he has to. That`s a bad habit and can get you electrocuted...

  • and the wather tank for cleaning ??

  • how can you load?

  • I drive for CEMEX.

    2.2 tonne per metre. :)

  • They're called concrete mixer truck, not cement truck! I dont think that holds 9-10 cubic metres as its a rigid truck unless the laws are different, as here in the UK, a 6m3 truck only holds 5.8 with conveyor coz of extra weight. I drive a 8m3 truck which is 32 Tonne (max weight for a rigid truck, with exception to plant vehicles). Nice vid tho. The use of the conveyor earns you an extra £14 per load. :)

  • @danny306gti Thanks

It holds arround 9-10 but you only drive with 7-8 :)

I don't know if they get ekstra for the conveyor here in Denmark, since almost all trucks have it.

  • @ArEs7210 and danny306gti

    you both are right ;)

it's all the same in germany too. legally you go with 8, illegally with 9m3...

and i miss the hopper too!

  • no hopper?

  • @mixerdriver611 Why you need a hopper on that thing??

  • @ArEs7210 you need a hopper to load unless the plant has remote hopper.

  • this is in Australia,right?? Nice concrete-truck...

  • @cefacitinere No it's from Denmark :)

  • Pretty nifty!

  • @ApOcSnipe Yeah it's not bad :)

  • Is there a company that sells these conveyor belts as an add-on to a cement truck?

  • @timothy51886 Hmm i don't know, but Liebherr makes alot off stuff for cement trucks :)

  • where can i get one i live in nz !!!what a great set up

  • @d1gga1 Hmm thats a good question :)

  • lol i work fr unibeton in quebec as driver this ting amaze me lol one meter of cement must be expensive with one of those and take much longer to clean i guest but neighter way nice toy lol

  • No i don't think that, it is more expencive with this truck, her in Denmark somthing like, 90% of all concret trucks, looks like that one, so no price to cut any where, the rest is pumps or trailer trucks.

The conveyor dosn't take long to clean.

  • How many cubic yards can the truck haul, and what is the reach for the tele belt conveyor.

MiXeR Driver for Spokane Rock Products

    Nice Video!!

  • Thanks!

It holds around 12-13 cubic yards (9-10 M3) and the conveyor can reach around 52 Feet (16 Meters)

  • Looks very good, the video and the "conveyor belt" but I think a "concrete pump" is much more pratical!

  • First: Thanks!!

    second: Why???

A pump truck is, heavier (it can't have as much concret on board). It is more clumsy, takes longer time too get ready, and too clean.

Somthing like 90% off all, concret trucks in Denmark is like that on, with an conveyor belt and a remote, and the rest is pumps.

  • @ArEs7210 Since when did "concrete" pump trucks start hauling?

  • @ApOcSnipe Here we have small concret pumps that also can haul concret like an ordinary concret truck

  • i agree !! redi-mix driver in wisconsin.

  • What an amazing set up, I wish we had trucks like that here!
