@djtimog4 I am all about having something in your stomach before doing a Spartacus Workout. If you try it on an empty stomach, you will not have teh energy to effectively get a quality workout. Workout protocol are more than enough to allow you to continue to burn fat 24-36 hours after you workout do to the EPOC effect. This not your regular, boring, slow 45-60 minutes of cardio. Not to sound like an ass, but try to avoid having a gap between getting up from pushup position to jumping up for the bar. I know it's nigh-impossible after 5 rounds, but well worth the effort.

If not, what is? BMI, I think, is too vague b/c of the calculation of height and weight only

seriously man... bench is just ONE direction of strength, what about asking "whats your max on deadlift, squat, pwr clean, any of those are far more important. bench doesnt show any true functional strength to begin with, it is one direction of strength
