Even though abortions are wrong in a stereotypical religious view, what about the women's lives who will be lost because they can't abort if something goes wrong. Say the fetus develops outside of the uterus? The women wouldn't be able to abort the child, the child would die and so would the mother unless she stays in the hospital, but then her life will still be lost.

Not only these facts, although it is sad. But we need to take into account the possible tragedies of birth. Before hospitals came around, most women died in childbirth. Just because we have hospitals now, doesn't mean everyone can afford child birth or even afford health insurance.
In the U.S. no one can be turned away at the hospital. So what if they can't afford it, my friends owed 20gs for their childs birth but, thanks to charitable arganizations and government grants it was paid for.
