@perfectlydamage That effect comes from Angel wings not rings.Once you hit Amateur E you'll be able to buy them in the shop for 200,000 pang if you have a quit rate of <3%.Alternatively you can play a game with someone with Angel wings and once the game is done you get the effect aswell until you log off.All it does is increase your treasure metre.

@perfectlydamage Like i said if you play a game with someone wearing the wings you get the effect also until you log off the game.For example me and you play a game and i have angel wings on.After the game your hands will glow because you played a game with me.
