Preis ist natürlich ein großes manko an dieses gelbe biest, aber mir wäre schon wichtig die Osc zu verstimmen, was leider beim minibrute nicht machbar ist. Vorteil am Mini ist natürlich keine doppel belegung, günstiger und mehr CV optionen. Gut am Dave Smith ist die speicher funktion und die LFO optionen. Auf jedenfall will ich weg vom VA synth, der klingt mir nicht fett genug.
Volka und der typ von Sonic Lab sind mit abstand die besten reviewer auf Youtube. Freu mich schon when die beiden den Minibrute in die hände bekommen, damit ich endlich weiß welcher analoger monosynth es sein darf.
@coyote7620 Für meine Ohren klingt der Minibrute besser und hat den Hauptvorteil, daß sich die Wellenformen frei miteinander mixen lassen. Dazu kommen noch ein paar Merkmale wie eine analoge (!) Ultrasaw, Metalizer und Brute Factor Feedback was ähnlich klingen kann wie ein übersteuerndes Moog Filter. Nachteile: Weniger Tasten und kein Patch Memory, dafür ist die Kiste aber auch fast 200 euro günstiger.

Seriously Dave? Just for the record this keyboard sounds pretty decent but the knobs and buttons on a Toys "R" Us Casio keyboard are 10 times sturdier than this yellow turd. The demo model at my local Guitar Center is already broken in several places. Kind of a joke for the steep price.
@lloplop no, but it has an audio in and can be used as vocoder. actually it can sound real beautyfull, this demo misses some deepnes, he didn't even really touch the envelops or sequencer..
@AlexisNembrode i tested in a store and it worked great, just needs line level input and there you go, i will soon own a tetra and maybe do a demo, i think i used the LFOs for the vocoding sound and it was always slightly detuned ;)
Naja - "knackige Analogsounds" klingen aber anders, mein lieber! Das klingt hier wie ne Tischhupe. Der Mopho kann deutlich mehr. Muß man denn wirklich alles selber machen?.....
Er spielt ausschließlich schwarze Tasten, da die eine pentatonische Tonleiter in Es-Moll ergeben. Dann muss man sich nicht um die richtigen Töne sorgen. Die klingen alle "gut".
@Boonlena sounds sind ähnlich (echt analog vs virtuell analog) der korg kann aber bis zu 4 stimmen spielen, der mopho halt nur eine. Somit kannst du keine Akkorde spielen etc. Schau dir unbedingt auch mal den Alesis Micron an, eine spannende und oft unterschätzte Alternative!
@01Mai1983 Ja, er kann sogar mehr. Alle Ion Programme sind kompatibel. Übrigens ist der Akai Miniak identisch mit dem Micron, bei besserer Hardware. Im Moment gerade im Abverkauf z.B. bei Thomann wenn du einen suchst.
@MrFaceHead It's probably because if you play the black keys only, it's an E flat pentatonic scale - so he can hack away without anything sounding out of key. Lazy job though, I agree!
because black keys doesn't have a triton interval so is more easy to go back and forth without having to resolve any motive or harmonic/melodic conjugation!..(pentatonic scale) way are you looking to this if you dont know that by the way?!..... jajajaaj i'm just kidding bro!... pentatonic scale is the lazy scale!.. = P
