Raw guitar, bad ass attitude lyrics. THis is what rock is supposed to be. TOday there is way too much over doing the instruments to make them perfect. Keep it simple and keep it raw like Too Fast for Love, Back in Black etc. These albums are epic for a reason.

im not really a big crue fan.This is the only album i really like by them and some will cringe,but i liked the album that had the other singer.However i did see them in 89 or 90.Stars and guitars tour with joe satriani Bohnam Tesla. and the crue rocked and put on a great show that i really enjoyed.though i think Tesla with the two guitar player they had then stold the show.They had incredible solos and were bouncing leads off each other like crazy.great times and I had a new respect for the crue

Old school Scorps with Uli Jon is required listening for TRUE rockers.....Not to mention

they are pure sex....Agreed that 1987 and beyond is NOT representative of what they put out with

Mathias on lead guitar...You cannot compare them to Motely.....I love the Crue but they too started to suck after Girls.........

I must admit, I've never been a fan of Motley Crue's stage persona or stage clothing, I think it's a bit over the top and I prefer the approach that bands such as Metallica took, where it was just street clothes on stage. It meant the music was the only thing grabbing your attention.

I wholeheartedly agree with wahaya2. I learned about the majority of the bands that I know about from the Tony Hawk videogames, including Zeke, one of my favorite bands of all time.
