  • Amazing form and when you said Kevin goes big i wasnt expecting 500 haha

  • PERFECT!!!!!!

  • Finally a video with the two best things: lifting and Bad Religion.

  • and that's how you work out a one repmax, super solid job

  • Solid lift, very nice

  • And evidently you failed to note that all kinds of exercise greatly reduce the chances of heart disease, but that's not the topic of discussion here in the first place.

  • And it's just a bit silly that you posted a comment on a strongman's video lauding him for benching twice what you deadlift, and then insult someone for deadlifting more than you do, then tell them working out isn't about how much weight you lift.

By the way, I also know a guy who tore his glenoid labrum who benches what you deadlift for reps.

Sounds like you've got Chronic Pussy Syndrome- ultimate excuse to never squat, bench, or deadlift 300 pounds.

  • his use of steroids?... definitely!

  • whats he bench when hes off the juice?

does he bother recording it ?

  • I like that h is one of the strongest men on the planet. I don't like that my max deadlift is his max bench...

  • now that is fucking benching!

  • Damn!! That's how it's done. Don't know who the 6 gameboys are that dissed this video, but I'd wager that at this very moment they're sitting home watching Glee, munching Dorito's, and writing fan mail to Justin Bieber.

  • @Dayga Hahaha that's a funny comment bro. Couldn't agree more.

  • his calves :D:D:D:DD

  • thumbs up if you deadlift half of that

  • @SuperBrandonHunt

Not everyone is a little girl who pulls 250.

  • @Draykid lol e-thug.....i don't remember asking for a contest...its funny how my comment bothered you that much though, but then again your the kind of guy that goes into a gym to "show off" not to put in work...

  • @SuperBrandonHunt

I was deadlifting 400 pounds in 2 and a half months of training with a barbell and just put in a 24 rep overall squat workout. I've done 150 pullups in one workout using sets of 5 and rowed 235 semi-strict the other day. I think I put in a lot more work than someone who pulls 250 pounds, so when you're pulling real weight that a 13 year old girl can't lift, come back and tell me about how strong you are.

  • @Draykid lol idiot....i've been working out for over a year now....went from 215 pounds to 183...run a 5k in 28 minutes...working out doesn't revolve around how much weight you lift kid...i'm happy that you have proven yourself to me though cuz it really has been a life changing experience for me lol....and if you want you can come train me and "show me how its done" since your obviously a pro trainer and olympic level athlete....or we can just have a foot race while you run like a ninja turtle

  • @SuperBrandonHunt

That's funny, because last time I checked long distance running is shown to induce necrosis in muscle tissue, whereas lifting weights is shown to create positive hormonal reactions, enhance the central nervous system, build muscle, strengthen tendons, strengthen the bone structure, and is universally used by track & field athletes to produce power and speed,

Come back when you know anything about kinesiology or sports science.

  • @Draykid when are you gonna hop off my dick..i didn't realize 3 and a half miles was considered long distance running and if you ever learned anything about sports science its that doing cardio for 30-45 minutes greatly increases your heart and lung strength, greatly reduces your risk of heart disease and specific types of cancer, i don't remember the last time i saw necrosis in muscle tissue on the top ten leading causes of health related fatalities...i lift weights 3 days a week so your point?

  • @SuperBrandonHunt

My point is you're weak, and posting on a strongman's video about steady state cardio bullshit. For your information, I've read a great deal of literature on sports science giving credence to superior forms of conditioning for both aerobic and anaerobic purposes, and have seen literature showing that non-sprint athletes can benefit in finishing times by implementing heavy weightlifting and short distance sprints.

  • @Draykid wtf do you know about me..my original post was a joke meant to make people laugh..I'm sorry that you took it so seriously that it hurt your feelings and you felt the need to act like your far superior lol..you act like a fag and get angry over a comment on fucking youtube and you expect to prove something to me? i couldn't care less about your "literature" try reading an anger management book..i weigh 183 and bench 205, not that strong, but if that bothers you more than me thats sad

  • @SuperBrandonHunt

You were the one who got mad over a comment on youtube. I just pointed it out that if you deadlift 250 you're weaker than most postpubescent children could be with 2 months of physical training. And yes, being far stronger does make me superior at being strong.

  • @Draykid wrong you want to come trolling along on anybody you can't so that you can act like you know something...when in reality your probably a fat ass that thinks he is strong cuz he can lift his bodyweight...i haven't deadlifted since i was a freshman in highschool so ya i probly only rep 250 so why is it that you feel the need to assess MY strength level...it has nothing to do with you...there are millions of people stronger than me and you so get off my scrodum and troll elsewhere

  • @SuperBrandonHunt

I'm assessing YOUR strength level because in your response to a comment I can't even remember making you accused me of going to the gym to show off when you're the one who had previously attested to deadlifting 250 pounds, which is only beaten in weakness by the most pathetic of gym rats at my gym. (The "straight back" deadlifters.)

  • @Draykid WHO CARES lol idc what you think about me or how much i lift...i don't give a fuck about your gym and who goes there so what else would you like to say?...i'm sorry that i hurt your feelings because i said you "show off" lol...

  • @SuperBrandonHunt

Nothing else to say, now that we've established that you haven't deadlifted since your freshman year of high school and thus can't rightly talk shit at anyone with more than the strength of a twelve year old boy.

  • @Draykid but yet again i wasn't the one talking shit to begin with was i?...

  • @SuperBrandonHunt

If you think that deadlifting less than 300 pounds as a male is not worthy of shit talking, then you might be retarded.

  • @Draykid ok well next time i feel like maxing out on deadlifts i'll let you know how much i'm doing and then your fat ass can go back to eating donuts and trolling around on youtube

  • @SuperBrandonHunt

Hahahaha, not fat. I'll send you the video in a week or two.

  • @Draykid no thanks goodbye

  • @Draykid

    Deadlifting 300 isn't very hard....Unless you weigh 100lbs.

  • @SuperBrandonHunt yo shut the fuck up superbrandon or whatever the fuck ur name is stop talking shit and post ur videos bro i fuckin challnge you prove it

  • @victor1993k this coming from the guy with how to remove facial hair on his channel...who the fuck are you kid...i need to prove that i can bench press 205? lol when i have something that is worth putting on youtube i'll put it up there

  • @SuperBrandonHunt haha how to remove facial hair?lmfao ur funny dude its funny how u think that just cuz my fucking utube channel has that im a pussy?proves how much of a loser you are talk is cheap there you go talking again i fuckin love ppl who say shit and never do it.

  • @victor1993k i never said i was going to do anything retard lol...AND i never called you a pussy i'm just saying why do you need to come out of nowhere to start a fight on youtube lol...YOU came to ME talking shit so of course i'm gonna say something back but i'm not the one taking this seriously...

  • @SuperBrandonHunt Haha, better get working on that

  • omg, didn't even have to use his thumbs

  • Excellent benching Kev. Im a massive fan of your pressing!!!

  • BEST BENCHING VIDEO ON YOUTUBE

    THIS GUY IS A LEGEND!

  • Haha I wish I was strong enough to be elite in a lift that I didn't even really train that much for :-) Unfortunately we are not all monsters like Kevin Nee!

  • @philt4141 he must train

  • what's the music?

  • @martinrotar it's bad religion. not sure the song but should be easy to find

  • Yo big Kev, are we going to see you back in strongman someday?

  • this has to be the first lifting video with good music. better than listening to, "LET THE BODIES HIT THE FLO LET THE BODIES HIT THE FLO"

  • @gsboss i like that song douche

    e

  • Awesome power Kevin. I've been trying to bench that much for the last 30 years.

  • @Ludichris8531 then why does he have a vid up that says it was his 1st time benching in 3 months? Unless you know him personally. Either way I really don't care.

  • That was just beautiful form and a amazing demonstration of strength! Excellent job!! :D

  • Song?

  • Watch that thumb.

  • how pissed would he have been if those 2 spotters on the sides had tickled his armpits during that last lift

  • Nice milestone, keep em coming!!!

  • PLEASE,PLEASE SOMEONE TELL ME THE NAME OF THIS TRACK. iT'S A SLAMMIN TRACK!

  • @southoreast Bad Religion- Quality or Quantity

  • very nice,

Ronnie coleman does more (just stating a fact, not arguing/discrepecting)

  • @commando4500 Another fact is Kevin only benches about once every 2-3 months. Ronnie benched every single week. I'm sure Kevin could be WAY more stronger on bench if he tried. The reality is, bench press doesn't matter when you're a strongman competitor. He just does it every couple of months to stay well rounded.

  • @commando4500 Also Ronnie was at the Peak of his Sport and Kevin is still years away from that. Magnus Samuelsson banged out 550 (or something around that) for ELEVEN in competition. and mandora45 is right, this isn't even an important lift for a strongman. I look forward to Kevin being able to compete uninjured for once, he is super quick for a 300+ pound man.

  • perfect form.

  • He has excellent technique

  • HOLY SHIT!!!

  • hes a very strong person no doubt but strong people usually arent top benchers - (people that are strong in squats and DL(

  • thumbs are not around is he crazy?!

  • 1x? ¬¬

  • magnus samuelsson was a strongman to and he could benchpress 270*2 even after his prime days where ever

  • Went well, no collapsing.

  • being a strongman i really am surpsied his calves are that small all that walking and shit youd think would build em up

  • @salawasweet1989

Some people have genetically small calves which are resistant to hypertrophic training. Doesn't make you less of a strongman.

  • wow wat good form

  • chest is the least trained bodypart strongmen train, youre luckyto even see kevin bench

  • NO DOUBT KEVIN IS A STRONG GUY, BUT IM A BIT SURPRISED THAT 200 KILOS LOOKED LIKE A STRUGGLE FOR HIM UNLESS HE WAS FAKING IT... the best bencher is ALLEN BARIA, HES SHORTER THA NKEVIN NEE, AND WEIGHS LESS BUT HES MORE BULKY HE TOPPED 500PDS PLUS REPEATEDLY AND 700 POUNDS TWICE.

THATS WAHT I CALL SUPER STRONG

  • @TheADRIANOVALENTINO OKAY THANKS FOR THE INFO

  • False grip, shows how much confidence he has :)

  • I watched a few of videos of Kevin now and all I can say is What A Beast.... Great job man

  • You're title is wrong, "goes" must me "is".

  • do yall have any tips to get a stronger bench??

  • @sxearon bench

  • just think... 500 slow and controlled with perfect form... now think about how much power this guy can generate during a push press

  • i can also do 72 pull ups in a row at 13 200lbs

  • so much energy wasted lowering the bar that slow, probably could bench 50 more pounds if he fixed that.

  • @JohnS0045 im not lying john i swear.

  • im 13 and i can do 400 raw no lies. im pretty close to this guys strneht

  • @13andincrediblycut LOL. This guy runs to everybodies videos to write his bullshit. You know a person is lying when they write 'no lie' LOOOL

  • @JohnS0045 im not lying i swear ill uplod the videos tomorrow most liekly

  • @13andincrediblycut Dawg, I am so tired of watching Kevin Nee videos and seeing your stupid ass comments on the comment section. Please go do something with your life, and quit sitting on the computer lieing about your lifts. Go out and accomplish something you loser.

  • @mylesman99 im not lying about my lifts im telling u for real. i can do every thing i say.....its all true.

  • @13andincrediblycut lick my left nut

  • @13andincrediblycut

your a liar, if you were all of those things your ego would be so big youd have 100 videos by now of yourself, except you jack off to kingdom hearts and have a gay arm wrestling video

  • could probably nail 550 in a couple of weeks and without the (4) 400+lb singles right before.

  • not only is he hella strong, he looks quite athletic too.

  • Comment removed

  • suicide grip scares me but nice lifting

  • I like his form but I want to know why he does not wrap his thumbs around the bar?

  • @strongsean1000 its mostly a preference for the lifter I do this as well

  • @strongsean1000

its just a different grip..some people are more comfortable with it that way..but its more dangerous

  • Reps are no measure for strength.

  • everything's too easy for this guy

  • not really impressive ...

  • he is one of the only guys that still bench press with the natural style in opposition of the PL form. Kudos.

  • wutz the name of this song???

  • Kevin is the man! I think once he bulks up to around 300lbs and keeps training the way he is, he's gonna dominate the strongman. It's refreshing to see good athletes that are down to earth, humble, and blue collar hard workers like Kevin. Keep up the good work and keep smashin the competition!

  • if ya know about kevin he is not a bencher he does strongman training which makes this preformence even more impressive! go kevin!!!

  • who the hell did you have a point to prove to? lol and fuck these people commenting on here that you arent strong or should be doing more

  • your form inspires me.....lol

  • it might not be the most damn man you have perfect form

  • this gay shoud be able to reps this with out a spoters alook at this gay he is at lese 275 300 and 1reps that a shame when i was traing in new yourk sports culbs in 2006 iwas benching 505 for 1reps and 315 8reps and was 190 ponds

  • @rich11214 Nobody gives a fuck about what you claim you used to be able to do. Why have fags like you gota come on professional's videos and ruin the comments section with all thier shit.

  • @rich11214 go back to whatever country you were in and learn proper english barly understood what you were saying.

  • @rich11214 and btw you dont have any proof you faggot. also why are trying to start fights on the internet pussy.

  • @rich11214 I'm a college football player I weigh 265lbs and after two years of college training finally put 315 up ten times. I find it hard to believe you could do it at 190lbs. This man is a beast and he's not training for benching. The fact that he can do 500lbs and be a strongman is insane. I could never do what he does in competition.

  • @emastaman at 265 lbs you can only put 315 up 10x? Either your a big fat linemen or your muscles are inflatable..

  • @emastaman. well i wouldnt brag about being a football player and lifting heavy weights. the most pathetic thing ive ever seen is a video of the psu players doing 225 until failure and the most people were getting it for was 28-29. I weigh 185 pounds and am about 5'8" and can do that at least 20 times at the end of my chest workout. in which i can also bench 315 for 11+ times. dont be so skeptical. go watch a half decent bench comp and ppl weighing 170 will be maxing at 405+ and doing 315 10x

  • @SuperBigJAG

your definitely strong. no doubt. but are you or any of those guys at the competition also as Fast, agile and flexible, as you are strong? because thats what football players train for..to be as fast ,quick, flexible, and strong as their body will allow.

  • @rich11214 you maxed at 505 lbs and was only repping 315 for 8. That makes zero sense. I rep 315 for 8 and max at 390. If your saying what Kevin Nee does is not impressive, you truly are fucking retarded. I can tell by your one comment that you suck and desperately need to get laid, but that probobly doesnt happen often for you.

  • He even says he doesn't like benching because it's an easy way to get hurt while doing something unnecessary, in regards to Strongman events that is.

  • you people talk too much, read too much, and think too much when all you gotta do is rip some fuckin weight and eat a steak

  • @Fate0fTheArt lol, so true

  • Look at his small wrists & ankles, & he still pushing silly weights.

  • This boy is strong..no doubt... I dont care what school you go to.. What O line you play on.. This boy deadlifts 900 pounds.. RogaJam is right.. his form was perfect. Now if you go to most D1 schools and watch the football team lift.. Its fast but the form is not as good.

  • cus football players are activating fast twich muscles and those type of explosions that translate too football, the weight lift for football that lifting as part of their sport

  • Now thats how you fucking bench. Perfect control.. bouncing the bar even a lil bit is shit

  • This dude is straight mass. I don't give a fuck. Thats the purest five hundred pound bench i've ever seen. The decent was slow even and perfect the stop was text book and the explosion was amazing. This is the strongest guy i've ever seen. Amazing.

  • @gbfantjr Look up baria repping 500lbs 10 times after repping 405 25x and you will take that back.

  • i was wasted when i wrote that last night. im exaggerating. sorry.

  • not to take away from anything this guy is doing the man is extremely strong but go to any college football gym in America and you'll see 10 people doing this like it was nothing.

  • @volcomvs

all football players try to do is bench all day every day. Kevin can smoke them in every other lift. I dont see 10 players per gym pulling 800-900 lbs.

  • ok I do.

  • I don't know where you went to school, but at Virginia Tech (a school that is known for having a very good strength and conditioning program) they list the all-time bench records online and only 2 players have benched 500.

  • @nottom2007 really? because I PLAY for Florida State and I list the ENTIRE O LINE lifting way more than that. If thats what VT lifts then I'm sorry that is weak as hell...they need to step their shit up. I have personally witnessed Andrew Datko benching 500 on at the middle of his bench and Ryan McMahon repping out 600...

  • No offense but he's stronger that your O-line. There aren't as many rules about lifting in the gym than what most powerlifters and strongmen use. You can add ABOUT 25% to a bench by lifting your ass off and/or bouncing it. This is brute strength, not to get me wrong I'm sure some of your line can probably out bench him but they are most likely much bigger the he is and not as strong in other lifts. In football big numbers are for intimidation so they let improper technique pass.

  • Anyone know why he wasnt in the '09 WSM? Was he hurt or something. After his last showing I expected to see him do well.

  • awesome form

  • well he isnt a bencher, hes a strongman athlete, if u want benching go watch ryan kennelly

  • nice

  • Great job going slow on the negative, which is showing true strength without a bounce. How much do you weigh?

  • whats the name of this song?

  • Not a bad bench at all.. considering he doesn't really need to concentrate on this particular movement. None of you could lift it.

  • @imkevinnee i actually could...so nice bullshit assumption

  • well done

  • Oh god not the suicide grip(thumbs out)... I hope he stops doing that, that shit is dangerous!

  • Comment removed

  • its better for your elbows, if you dont flip your hand over i dont see this being dangerous at all.

  • little carry over to his sport

  • kevin doesnt bench much

  • adiwhgiwq1309108 wait wait.. he is just a kid in this video he is arroun 20-21 and he bench 500. how do you want him to bench in 21 ? 700...??

  • ya mariusz did test positive for roids to, nee didnt

  • cause nee doesn't use them :o

  • Mariusz Pudzianowski vs Kevin Nee watch that video if you think Kevin is better Mariusz was just warming up and Kevin was acting like a little girl..

  • acting like a little girl? how is someone who can deadlift a fucking car, a little girl? i guess we could all learn a thing or two from you, superman.

  • Watch the video people here comment that Kevin Nee is 'THE STRONGEST MAN ON THE PLANET' and shit like that when he gets his ass wooooped by Mariusz and starts acting like a pussy.

He is strong but he's not one of the elite strongman

  • Who the fuck are you to say anything anyways? So what if Keven cant beat a 5x strongman competition champion. What the fuck can you do?

  • i can fuck your mom so hard blood comes out her ass

  • shut the fuck up homo i suppose you can deadlift a car once? i doubt it

  • actually 14 reps;)

  • @NL59FIFTY

    hes 21 though.

  • May be not a strongest bench but his form is perfect .

  • @adiwhgwiq1309108 wtf are u talking about hes benchpressing 500 pounds. Not to many guys in the gym I know just doing that with good form.

  • @adiwhgwiq1309108 that is so true my friend. None of that ridiculous arch on the back or grabbing the bar so wide that it only has to go down 4-5 inches... and completely raw.. no sutpid tight ass shirt, wrist strap and no spotter to unrack or reracj the weight...awesome!!!!

  • @689433 I agree.

  • @689433 Damn right! Perfect form and raw! That's a real display of strength and benching technique. Many people claim lifts like this one but do it with a crappy form and bouncing and jerking. Respect for Kevin's astounding strength!

  • Be competition for him maybe. But destroy? Hell no. Mariusz isn't even competing anymore anyways. Plus Mariusz is an all around great athlete. He's strong, fast, flexible, and has good cardio conditioning. Kevin doesn't do nearly as much training or the same type of training as Mariusz. He could never destroy him.

  • If he benched more im sure he can do 600 raw

  • That is a very good bench press and 200 lbs more than I can do, but I would have thought he could do more than that.

  • He doesn't bench much since there isnt much carry over to strongman.

  • True, good point.

  • agree but he is a strongman so he does probbably not train benchpress normally.

its like my dad when he was a weightlifter. he could lift more in military lift then he could benchpress because he did not train benchpress
