  • XD Building a nest, the three common gathering behaviors are; they bring things back either: under the wing, in the foot, or in the beak. Ive had one bird that did all three depending on how heavy the thing is~

  • Student: but miss my bird ate my homework

    Teacher: BULL-SHIT

  • My lovebird does this every time I put new paper in her cage. She does a high pitched chirp like "yay, more paper to shred!" It's a nesting thing.

  • Our loebirds feathers arent clipped and he makes feather extensions....well now Im wondering if He is a She ?? Nuttys 15 yrs old too ;)

  • Easy way to sex lovebirds, give them a piece of paper, the make will make confetti and the female will make "feathers", She will tuck them into her feathers and try to tote them to a nest box and build a nest. If the female birds (hens) are too young they won't make the" feathers", just a mess.

  • This is a female Lovebird - if it was a male Lovebird it would be making confetti

  • Trying to stay with the newest "feather fashions"...LOL!

  • He is tring to replace his clipped wings so he can fly again!

  • oh!! my old lovebird will also do that too!!!

one time she even bit my comic book cover.....

  • great, now birds are having paper (plastic) surgery done to look better, what has the world come too!!!!~~

  • Daaamn girl, where'd you get dem weaves from?

  • To all the people saying the bird's wings are clipped: no they are not. Her primary flight feathers are at full length.

  • Close enough..

  • Haha

  • looks FABULOUS!

  • Do people clip the feathers of their pet birds in [whatever country this is]?

Thats fucking sad, the poor bird.

  • @N4xi It's only so they don't fly around and get hert or escape.

  • @N4xi This bird's wings are not clipped.

  • I have a feeling that the bird was trying to correct it's clipped flight feathers...

  • looks legit.

  • that yellow bird is like, "hold my arms back I cannot resist!"

  • Ooooh girl where you get your weave did?

  • i just love how the bird just walks away at the end like "yeah, whats up.. dont have feathers like mine beauch!!"

  • The original feather extensions...too funny!

  • The bird isn't doing this for vanity. What she's doing is tucking away nesting materials to take back to the nesting spot.

  • @fynoda Thank you! The first person posting a factual statement.

  • I do that too

  • so talented!

  • size does matter

  • am i the only one who thinks that having the website "PetTube" is sorta wierd? XD

  • um yeah, my female lovebird does this when she is in mating season

  • will it blend?

  • He cuts in straighter lines than most adults

  • ooooooooooooh girl, where you get yo' feather done?

  • WE can train birds to micro perforate our notebooks and papar.s

  • Birds using tools? This is mind blowing

  • @oldcrows40 Eh? Which tool is he using?

  • @BritishBroadway idiot

  • @hurricanesQB1 How am I an idot? O.o

  • @BritishBroadway I think you just answered your own question.

  • @hurricanesQB1 Eh? I still don't understand how I'm meant to be an idiot?

  • @oldcrows40 This bird isn't using tools, but some crows (New Caledonian, to be precise) have been shown to.

  • if his wings are clipped id take this as a sign

  • i used to have a lovebird like that....his name was big bird, and he beat his wife to death.

  • @2000CivicHatch you probably should have renamed him chris brown.

  • @2000CivicHatch wow... that took a really unexpected turn
