It's amazing how the media twists everything. I actually heard that interview and he DIDN'T say that. When asked if he was a fan of Bond, he said absolutely, and then he was asked about playing Bond, and he said something to the effect of that would never happen. Then the interviewer asked, what about a Bond villain, to which he jokingly obliged, "Sure." No wonder he tries to choose his words so carefully!
