Knowing the difference between what is worth fighting over and what is worth letting go is an important skill, but trusting your editor/director to prune the extranious takes courage. Sometimes we have so much to say that we forget half of the experience happens on the listening end. I love Glenn and I loved the book, but found some of it a bit repetitive. As a writer I KNOW how painful it is to cut something out, so I'm forgiving of it. I just found this clip to explain the book some.
