However, when it comes to making the video, I make sure I'm focused to make sure it's the best cover I can make. As I said in response to someone elses comment, electronic drums are so good audio wise that any mistake is picked up. That's why I don't go all out like some people do on an acoustic kit

@D3MoNZzSkateVidss I think I'm loose....Though it may not seem like it, I am. I also need to be concentrated because I would never get a drum cover done if I screwed around. With electronic drums, the sounds are directly from a module. Though good in terms of audio, it makes mistakes more noticeable. So with real drums, people can call the video the best ever even if the audio is horrible. I'm not 100% loose, but it's required since I'm playing on this kit and trying to make the video perfect.

@rmndrll This set is 2x better than anything Roland could make and these pads aren't even the TCS pads which are amazing. This only cost me $1650 on craiglist, minus the extra china and splash in this video. I got it for really cheap, but you can buy it for $2000-$2200 on craigslist if you search. I would recommend anything Yamaha because the quality just can't be beat. The extra cymbals I paid full because they're hard to find used. Have fun with drumming on a Yamaha if you buy one =)

@TheGhillieguy101 Just play for fun and don't worry about learning so many things at once. After you play song after song after song, you get progressively better. There are some things that require tedious hours of practicing (double bass and blast beats). This part you have to grind through, but once you get it it's awesome to know. Like I said, if you keep playing different songs from different bands, you'll get better quickly.

@MintahDrums I bought it seperately because most of the standard Yamaha's come with two 13" pads for the crashs and one 15" for the ride. The china is another 13" pad I bought, while the splash is the new Yamaha Pcy-100 cymbal that just came out one month ago. The pad is 10" and off-center; making it easier to hit. Even though the pad is 3 zones, I just put all the zones as one splash to treat it as one cymbal. You can buy them off ebay like I did or some other websites; look around a bit

The problem isn't that I can go at fast speeds, but the kick pad is like hitting a brick wall. The rebound percent is probably 5-10%....I can't even tighten or loosen the pad like a real kick drum. I'll see what I can accomplish, but I'm only going to do what my kit allows me to.
