First of all, people ARE this stupid. I see folks run red lights, not stop at stop signs, speed, and change lanes without looking everyday. There should be some sort of annual driver's test.

Also, you can clearly see the pedestrians' reactions from the car. They are walking along and suddenly stop right as the car passes through as they try to figure out what just happened.
