  • This was an excellent teaching video. I loved your clarity I really have no questions, except one :) I want to make this but I want raisins in mine. I just need to know what measurement amount I should use and WHEN to add it. I guess before or after you added the cinnamon and brown sugar mixture then you roll. I can taste it now thank you for this video I will email you as well if this post does not get to you.

  • @envyii I think raisins would be an excellent addition to this bread. I would use about 1/2 cup and put them on the dough after the butter and cinnamon sugar. Do make sure that the raisins stay within the border because if they sneak out, they will burn because of their sugars. Let me know how it works out! - Cindy
