What a pathetic pice of shit, he's lucky he was not shot, in my town he would have received a bullet to the knee, now that really makes um skawol for a while until the ambulance arrives, he deserved the taser, I hope the girl gets free from this asshole.

This is not an example of a "police state". If you are intoxicated to the point where you are a threat to yourself and others then that is a crime. Who knows what he would have done to his wife if the police hadn't shown up. I think you have watched one too many Alex Jones movies.

I agree with "thechad". The man was intoxicated, and continued to try to fight with the deputy. Had the deputy not tasered him, he and the man's wife would have been in danger.
