It's open. They did a soft launch, i.e. No whistles and bells. That'll be coming after Ramadan. Now's a great time to go, especially early.

SEGASammy has been planning this project for quite sometime, it's a good investment because people that visit Dubai are weathly tourists. They've also been building a new console out of thier new Ringedge arcade board, this should help provide more funding for it.
