I'm 13 and 105lbs. I HATE how I have 5lbs of water weight, so really about 109/110. I lost the water weight and did exercise every day for about 3weeks. When Easter came, I screwed up. Now, I'm back and I'm really gonna loose the 10lbs i wanna lose. I stayed at a hotel the last 4 days and failed once more. I didn't do my daily exercise for 4 days either :/ now I half 2 do double the routine. Ur a BIG inspiration!!!

@hardin54 First off, before I make any recommendations I want to be sure you have read the book Pounds & Inches by Dr. Simeons. You must read that book in order to understand how this is going to work. 2nd .. 30 pounds is relative to what you already weigh now ... Some people can lose a pound a day. Others (like myself) average a 1/2 pound a day. It depends on a number of factors. I would call Body Solutions RX and ask Betty about it. She can advise you appropriately.
