I dont want to sound like a show off but I've actually fc some songs on expert+ using only one pedal and a broken rock band 1 drum kit. Don't ask me to upload a video because 1) my computer broke and 2)I don't have a camera to record and 3) I'm using a second gen iPod touch to post this.

Also that's the same technique I use when I play expert+

@ThrashMinded I actually find this easier to keep up than WE with one foot, since it's closer to my foot's speed limit :P. It's the draw-back of using this technique, just like vibrate strumming doesn't work well for strum sections that aren't faster than a certain NPS on guitar.

@SibbiTV It's a Roland TD-3, which I also use to play 'real' drums and to do drum covers. The double bass setup came with the kit, but you should be able to find one in any music store (online) that sells drum kits and parts. Real double bass pedals are pretty expensive though, especially if you have to buy a kick tower as well :/

@SibbiTV Ok nice, it's a great kit for playing both GH/RB and "real" drums :). When you're gonna buy an e-kit, make sure to ask for a second bass pedal if you really want to play double bass, most of them only come with one.

@SibbiTV If you're only gonna use it for RB, I'd advise against buying a Roland. A TD-3 would cost about €700 (I don't know for sure, since I'm renting mine for 2-3 months), so it'd be a waste of money if you're not using it to play real drums, imo. I don't know if Fame's e-kits are any good, but I do know that Rolands and Yamahas are the only high-quality e-kits. If you're only gonna use it for RB, you might want to try one at your local music store, they're probably still better than IONs :P

@Skeetz4 I use Sony Vegas Pro 9, which isn't free, but that's what the internet is for ;)

As for buying new goodwoods: when the holidays are over, I'll only have a few hours of playtime per week, so it wouldn't be worth the money imo.

@PhoenixFirebreath The actual song is twice as fast. For some reason, the charters decided to chart only half of the bass notes, which means this has never actually been Expert+ to begin with :P

@WarlordTm it quiet sucks to make it 1/8-triplet notes, instead of 1/16-triplet notes, that would be much cooler. This is is about 150 BPM (I guess), Bloodlines is about 100BPM. at the end there are 1/32 notes, so thats quite as fast. so why not a update on LCDS?

@PhoenixFirebreath These are 16th triplets at 160 BPM, so 16 NPS; the double bass notes in Bloodlines are 32nds at 110 BPM, so ~14.7 NPS. Neversoft never released a patch to update any song (or even an entire game, just look at the Expert+ glitch in GH5), so I'm not surprised they haven't yet... it's just weird they didn't chart it right, when they released it as DLC

@Frontdoor777 Yeah, they probably thought it was too hard for anyone to pass (which it wouldn't be, or isn't even a legitimate reason imo), or the hardware wasn't able to keep up. Either way, using 1 foot on Expert+ is the closest you can get to playing the would-be chart :P
