I know your comment is old, like a year old, but I have to tell you that hemorrhoidal cream is very bad for "under-eye puffiness." Since it's a derivative of petroleum jelly, it's not water soluable, meaning that water will not wash clean without soap. If you get it into your eyes, which is highly likely, your vision could be permanently affected. I wanted to say this anyway on this video-comment board, but since you asked about it, I decided to "kill two birds with one stone."
